“Sunshine Home Care was home to my mother for about 10 years before her passing. She loved it there because of the great care and friends that she made. The staff was very attentive to her needs and she was truly treated like royalty. They took her to her doctor and dental visits relieving me of these duties and she was always neat and clean and her medications provided on schedule. The home never smelled because the staff kept the home spotless. Perhaps the greatest compliment was when her doctor told me that Sunshine Home Care gave her better care than most skilled nursing homes would have. I am very grateful that my mother got to live out the last years of her life in such a pleasant, wonderful environment.”

“After spending countless hours visiting over 20 senior care facilities in the Orange County area, I knew this was the place for my father as soon as I walked in the door. This is a family-run business and the facility administrator, Evelyn, was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about how to deal with my dad's dementia as well as his diabetes and heart conditions. The enrollment process was quick and easy and they really made my dad feel right at home from day one. Evelyn and her staff are excellent communicators will treat your loved one like one of their own. On many occasions I was amazed by their attention to detail, from the facility cleanliness and COVID protocols, to the level of engagement they have in discussing my dad's condition with his various physicians. Evelyn will ensure your loved one is happy through engagement of karaoke, board games, piano and very personal social interaction (her staff has a great sense of humor!). You may visit fancier homes as your assess care for your loved one, but I promise you, you will not find a more knowledgeable, loving and caring staff.”

“My grandfather spent the last year of his life here. They were so patient and caring with him, even when he was a grump (he had dementia). Every time I would visit him, he would complement and brag about the service and the staff. He loved karaoke night and the food. Not only did the staff become part of his family, but they become part of ours as well. At the end of his days, he was still happy and comfortable. The staff were a great comfort for us as well, and were there for us at the end. I highly recommend this facility, it doesn’t feel like assisted living or hospice, it feels like a home. My family and I will be forever grateful to them.”

“I normally don't write reviews on my past experiences in dealing with businesses or anything else for that matter. However, I need to acknowledge this place as i consider it exceptional. My Brother Steve was at this place. for about nine months. Evelyn and her staff were awesome. She is very honest and they tried their very best to accommodate my brother Steve. My brother Steve got great food and actually progressed at this place. Some board and care places are phony and just care about money, with no emphasis on compassion. I have been associated with other board and care places in the past. Sunshine Home Care place is by far and away the best that I have seen.”

Very knowledgeable and has such a very compassionate heart. Her Staff Jonas and his wife Meg are amazing people who also are very kind and work hard caring for not only my brother but for all the residents who live there. My brother is very happy living there and seems to enjoy how they care for him my brother does not speak or walk due to a severe stroke.
